    Hello, 01.01.2016 I bought in webshop [emotion card] 2DT Dance, Part 1 and I still waiting, please advice me. I dont know if is it website issue or game issue and i do not found any thread like this. Thank you in advance.

    Make sure you login on the character you used for the purchase and stay online on it for at least 3 minutes. The items you buy from the webshop get technically mailed within a few minutes, but the mail doesn't appear until you login and stay online.

    look at your Purchase history and see if you really brought the item. :D

    That, check if you bought the item and if you did buy it, check to make sure you didn't buy it on a different character.

    I already tried other all characters and nothing. I saw the history list (found after long time) and bought item is not there......what now ? I haven't Emote and I haven't 250 credits what i paid for that...

    If the item that you bought in the webshop didn't show up in your purchase history it means you still haven't bought that specific item.
