What do i do in this game?

Hi guys, im new in Aion and my character was doing fine until i took that Ascension quest and became level 20, after that i did like 2 quests in that Pandaemonium place and became 22 then i got stuck, like, i cant do anything at all, i can take a portal to some region that has high level mobs that i cant even hit, besides that i can only go to pandaemonium and the first region you start in, i have a couple of quests started that say i need to go to Morheim but no metter how much ive looked for it its practically impossible to get there in anyway, quest doesnt tell u how to get there or anything, can some1 help me and tell me how im supposed to keep levelling?

Go do the first quests of the campaign series is altgard and belu.

 

You need to talk to the bridge general in Altgard, to unlock teleport paths.
