what is going on?????!!!! need GM here

when i enter my id and password..
you cannot access the game through this ip

the problem is my main char in there..
but i try to login with another id and you can log in just fine..
need GM here to tell what going on...

if it says ip, that means u are ip banned, most likely b/c u were hacking

 

I think this is the case, but he says he can access other IDs from his comp, suggesting he was NOT IP banned (since it would not let him play those also). Your character may have been banned though, but that error usually involves being banned because of hacking, or a problem with your IP itself.

 

ugh, i need to read more carfully. Like he said, it may have just been that, the account with your main was banned, and "IP ban" is the default response. or its a mistake, and a GM should help u

 

wtf....i never used hack.. my char is SM nick: cebolmareno....i last loggin yesterday 9 pm until about 11 pm....and i dont go to raid or something...i just wondering around in sanctum asking duel........and again i say: I NEVER USED CHEAT OR HACK...wtf whit this thing..........im very mad about this...i work so hard to build my SM...and now come this problem..

 

If you didn't hack then you have nothing to worry about. A GM can look into it for ya if they see this thread or you could PM them.

It could have just been a mistake.
