Well, i wouldn't get this type of people in my "friends" be very careful to what people send to you!
And to answer your question, yes this is a scamming method used to get your password and account name.

u should use a fake acc to find out the ip of the thief....or not your problem?

 

Getting his IP is not enough. For example imagine that this person plays in a cafe, we can't ban every account related to this IP..

Just avoid clicking anything which isn't Gamez related. It's pretty common sense that you do NOT EVER click anything that anybody else sends you unless it is written here on the forums by somebody official.
