Website Issue What is wrong with webshop.

    I ordered $50.00 (5500 Credits ) and about 25 minutes later it said cancelled and refunded.
    Why was it cancelled and refunded, and how long will the refund take.

    Can you provide an unedited screenshot of what the message says with the refund? And what method did you use?

    I had this issue. They refunded mine after a week or so (business days only). It was refunded due to me using a different currency (I was using my VPN by mistake so it logged me onto a different country, thus changing my currency.) I was marked as suspicious. But that's my story (not sure if it's similar to yours,) but more details is needed. My guess is that you spammed the payment system with 50$, so it cancelled and refunded it because now the system thinks you're taking out more money than 50$ (depending on how many times you spammed it.) That also happened to me. So because they think you're taking out more than 50$ (if that's the case), your card will be declined.This problem I had was with Super rewards where they told me where I would have to wait 24 hours for all transactions to clear. Another possibility is to make sure you don't have a block on your card from your bank.

    You should contact Super rewards or Payment wall, though. These kind of things have nothing to do with Gamez, they are their own individual separate company.

    As mentioned before, contact the company that you recently purchased it from via email. Or start an inquiry. But before you do that, call your bank to make sure there is no block on the card or any pending fees (no more than 50$ ONLY). And to make sure you have a proper balance. At one point I spammed Super rewards because they wouldn't take my card and I ended up having like 7 transactions of 50$ haha. So now I only use payment wall. If you do have pending fees, they will mention that you have to wait until the transactions clear. Note that if this is your first time donating, it will take a while to get these credits. So please be patient.

    If they notice any suspicious activity on your account for fraud, they will block you. Sometimes without a reasonable answer. So you need to submit proof that you are the owner of the bank account and card that you tried to purchase credits with. These people are strict, lol. So don't use fake names or multiple credit cards.

    Basically, you need to contact them.

    They have flagged your payment method as fraudulent and therefore have decide against processing transactions. The requirement for the confirmation, a screenshot of you actually having online log-in access and or a hard copy of a statement proves that the method you are donating with (EFT (Bank Account Electronic Fund Transfer), Credit Card, or Paypal) is actually yours.

    Your applicable payment method will show there is an outstanding payment, and reduction in available balance. That is due to the funds having been transfered though rejected. As the notice says, it will be refunded meaning the funds were taken however, for whatever reason rejected. The money will be returned with-in 7 days of business transactions also known as banking days. Those run Mondays - Fridays only. Weekends do not count as a banking business day.

    Paymentwall and Super-Rewards have certain flags that they check, such as amounts and past transactions, along with geographical area. Also if you donate in rapid succession or use multiple different payment methods over time it becomes a 'Risk Factor' to which they take notice of and request verification.

    In essence they are protecting themselves, their customers, the companies they process payments for, and legitimate card, bank account, etc holders from fraud.

    You can contact them via how they said to in one of the mails and see how to go about resolving it so that your account is fixed with them, there is NOTHING that GamezNetwork can do for you with this as we are in no way shape or form able to do anything to effect transactions on their end that have been rejected.
