PROBLEM SERIOUS BIG PROBLEM
something is wrong with my acc
i didnt play gamez for like month cuz i went to crystal and now i come back my ****ing char is deleted where i had ABG plate set
i used to have problem with items web orders items that i didnt purchase today i logged in no those items and my glad is deleted
is there way for admin to look if some1 else logged in with my acc :s (i didnt tell any1 my pass) my anu chanter is gone too my money is gone too omg all items that r good r gone wtf :s (only sin anu and cleric anu r left)
OH GOD! took me months for that abg plate set pls help me

sounds like uve been hacked? items and characters gone... so probably u got hacked by someone, i guess?

Well chars don't get deleted alone, someone need to do it.
and the only person who can see the last access on ur account is Carl, you will need to pm him.

if TS found that char is missing then last access on that account will be by TS ^_^.

I lost my ABG Chain and plate set + an abg mace like 2 days ago
All I can say is good luck...
But there's NO SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER in this server when it comes to this
It's like once you loose it, it's GONE!
Once you give the money for your item you're on your own,
Even if the item disappears in front of Carl's eyes where no other proof is needed
He'll say **** off the money is mine you wont receive the items....or money again,
If you want that set, donate for it again.
It's like no records are kept purposely so they don't even have to bother trying to help you

 

The possibilities that a character is deleted by itself is invalid, maybe someone else logged into your account and delete it, is a possibility?

 

lol ye, if he found out it's missing, then i think it's obvious he logged it to see if it's gone. Tho, he could've went to vote and didn't see his char on the list, but then first reaction would be to log it i guess. You can't see who logged it last because you logged it. Soo that idea won't work :X Can't anyone kind of put a roll back on the account to whenever he stopped playing? Then he could get the items back ;O

 

Yeah that would help if he ever responded Zoda -.-
The guy to rely on doesn't even answer his own staff most of the time

i have same problem, too bad for u about your abg set, i only lost some credits godstones, this one is real, becoz AION game has wahts u called bugs that cant be fixed, i hope some1 will do something for this, but no one so bai-bai items, you need to be carefull and always check ur acc.
