Whealer-Dealer tile bugged?

    I've been using Whealer-Dealer title (+5% speed) since about 1 month. Even though my speed has changed by 9.1 to 9.4 , I can't really see any difference when I'm running next to a guy with no speed title..
    Can someone help? Is it bugged or not?

    Some place some where on some planet
    with higher speed i guess its harder to tell the difference between 9.1 and 9.4. maybe the person running by you has other speed boosts? maybe not might be bugged as you said.

    Nope, it's working. My sorc before I get Easy Mark was getting outrunned all the time, now with it I'm faster than anyone :p

    By saying "running next to him" I mean that I tested with asmo friends. That means just running scroll. I even used +3% speed candy but still no difference lol
    I believe I should have see even a 1m/3secs difference.....but....
    Any other idea?

    easy mark 4% speed = 9.4
    black cloud / wheeler 5% = 9.4

    btw about the difference.
    the difference may not be so big in short distances since the speed difference is so minimal .3

    if its a matter of running like the whole map, then you will see a difference. *distance wise*

    My friends transformed in mau with scrolls and 4% move speed titel and 22% speed shoes, still elyos sorcerers gain more distance, i dont think your titel is bugged, but other people just ... i dont know.....
