    My character is stuck for days already and I cannot play. The time is running and my VIP will expire soon without me using it.
    Will there be an extension to my VIP?
    Can someone transfer all my items on this stuck character to my other characters that are playable?
    In case the server restart will take a month or year.
    I would really appreciate it as a returnee player.
