where are my chars?

Hello, i played gamezaion back in 2014, has this game been wiped since then? Because i logged in my account and i cant see any of my chars, although there's a char called Rollie at lvl 9 in my account, and i'm pretty sure i never created that char.
I dont know if this is the right place for this post but i didnt find anywhere else to post it. I hope someone can help me.

If you played on European Server - Lumiel - you could lost your chars, due to Lumiel discontinuation. A server has been deleted and all chars which didn't transfer in time to Siel are gone.

 

Don't even bother with this char. As @Kizumii said your characters are probably gone, but if you still want to play in Gamez it's really easy to make a new one from scratch. Read the following guides and welcome back!
1. item.pak to unlock limitations
2. Starter Guide to help you through your first days (Elite Arbiter's Set is now the starter gear)
3. Archdaeva Campaign Quest... in case you have any questions about the campaign you need to finish in order to get 75!
4. Camera Rotation Fix for Win10 to fix your mouse problem (you will need this only if you use Win10)

DAMN i remember i had some decent gear, but it's all good... thanks for the answers, guys.
btw i used to listen to slipknot back in 2010 - 2012, kept the nickname only xD

 

Whatever gear you had I bet it would be useless now since the starter gear is Elite Arbiter's.
