    I can't seem to find the stigma merchants.
    Are they currently disabled?

    I believe that stigma box contains the specific stigma skill per class. In ranger class, all the skill in the box are ranger skills.

    When you create a character, it provides you with 5 stigma boxes. I would prefer you to use those instead.
