Where do I appeal a ban?

I was banned today on GamezBDO, and I don't know why. An e-mail with a reason explaining along with attached logs or evidence would be nice. Additionally, I would like to appeal this ban because I know that I did not do anything wrong and I was wrongfully banned unlike a majority of these tickets who claim victimhood and are actually in the wrong.
