Where's Rae part 2

I'm a new player here in this server, and after deciding which race to pick, I decided to roll Asmo (since I've been pretty much Elyos on 4 different servers... all of which my chars reached max level)

Anyway, my sis and I were in a group doing the Where's Rae This Time? campaign quest in Ishalgen, and we were doing fine with it until the Violet Generator. After we clicked it, the abyss gate explosion scene suddenly cut in, and the quest became stuck. Quest tracker has nothing under the title, and quest log reverted back to where we had to find Rae.

Any way to fix this? some help would be appreciated! ^^ Thanks!

 

My roomie has the same problem we were doing the campaigns together but i got mine finished but their's didn't


But this was also on the High rate sever also

 

I am said roomie, and I did the quest on another toon and it worked fine. How do I get this fixed for my other toon, as need ALL campaigns done before the end?
