    The NPC Holm who stays in Primum Landing is not there.
    I need to talk to him to finish a quest.
    Help me please.

    same here, sometimes his there and most of the times he ain't there.. must be a bug or somthin, proceed with the other quest.. i guess that's the best idea. ATM
