    We reported Hacker or Abuser with SS and Video on forum before.
    But no one judged it because we use Japanese Client.
    Though my friend have been banned under a false accusation by a man who use English client.

    Now we have a video that A man(SCAMMER) stole 2xABG ring and many scrolls and serums.
    Who help us?
    Who BAN him?
    Who give back the items for my friend?

    Please help us.

    It could just be a coincidence :\ As for your friend, how do you know it's false accusation though? x.x And feel free to post the video under a report section.

    well then.. your "friend" needs to make a ban appeal. not you, not his sister, not his cousin..... he does. and there is a section for ban appeals.
