Why can't I craft items?

    People can craft items <Deep Sea Feast Jacket> like this but I can't craft why? Please help me

    In order to be able to craft that you need to have proficiency 150 in Aetherforging. Press [Shift+P] and level up your Aetherforging skill. Then all you have to do is to gather/buy the items needed and you should be able to craft it. If that's not the case, please include a screenshot or a video of your Aetherforging tab while trying to craft it, because it could be a bug.
