Why cant i use my Ceramium medals?

    Yeah as the topic says i cant buy new items even though i have 79 Ceramium medals?
    does that means they are useless then or can anyone answer me why i cant use them

    Because the NPCs are disabled. So yes they are useless for now.

    then normal players who dont want to donate cant get better gear than acd ..

    I got my First arbiter set by doing alot of hard trading. All you need to know is what each item is worth. then trade smaller stuff to get bigger stuff to eventually get the best stuff.

    agree i only donated for my WoC, but for my Amba and Arbi weaps i was trading and trading and trading... also TBT event and TS for 500tolls helped alot :D
