    Assuming your talking about the 'Free Flight' it was disabled by NCSoft (And henceforth here as well).

    There was a thread somewhere, a while back discussing if it would be wanted to be brought back and I don't really know what happened to that.

    Other than that, flight is available in the Abyss, and most Race Towns (Not the capitols though). There are also some locations on a few of the maps that have flight zones as well.

    verteron citadel

    eltnen fortress

    heiron main gate and ( storm circle )


    asmo

    beluslan fortress

    morheim fortress

    altgard ice lake



    and the abyss ofcourse



    if i missed any then meh xD but yea like puddles said no free fly any more so you can only fly in the normal fly area's
