Why I got unfairly banned and get no answer at all?

I was banned because some other person made an announce that he or she had my account on his hands and tried to sell it. I wasn't even in my town when this happened. Then a GM banned my, Puddles said he would review my case and nothing. Why are you guys so amateur??? I know this is a small company but do you really have to act like that? Specially with people like me that never did anything wrong and always donated?

 

If your account gets hacked and the hacker does bad things with it, it's still on you. You're responsible for the security of your own account.

First of donations doesn't get you on top of the rules, with that in mind you didn't have to point that out XD.. I believe it's much more convenient to use the ban appeal system since most of the threads like this (those that I have seen) has been mostly ignored. I believe you'll have much more of a better chance in there than here in the forum. Sincerely, I wish you good luck if you're truly innocent.

 

That's the point dude. My account wasn't hacked! The person just tried to harm me doing a post in forums, why another account in fact. Like, anyone can do the same to you, did you understand? The person never had access to anything, but he pretend he had just to harm me and the stupid GM believed! The GM send me the post in forum for me to check... it was done with another accound, a fake one!! Get it?

 

And yes I'm innocent. I'm posting here because I already posted in Ban Appeal. And my complaining is that they simply ignore us, don't even answer my post or something. I really thought this server was cool and nice but what happened is wrong. The GM blocked my account I can't even see my items, is he hiding something from me? This looks like something really wrong, like, the only thing presented to me was a fake forum post, nothing more? Am I being stolen?

 

stuff like this does happen ,people do frame just be patient and wait for a reply in your ban appeal a lot of times gm's talk with others about situations so some can take longer than others. Dont make assumptions until you get a reply.

 

You also forgot to mention the part where you admit your account was "compromised". And the part that your account wasn't actually compromised and its been you all along, as you made alternate forum accounts then went and included a screenshot of your character ingame with a RMT post, when you knew it was against the rules.

At least try a bit will ya?
