why my item and weapon in game are gone

i just came back to gamezaion today since my last log in last year and when i open my account my items and weapons are gone

 

check your inventory if its there? the first time i logged my alt chars since server update, all the gears equipped were in the inventory.

 

i check my inventory no item there

also my warehause i check but nothing

 

The only things that are missing are Armors, weapons, wings & Accessories? What about pots, scrolls, or kinah?
Maybe you got hacked.

Well, there's no possible way for your items to just "disappear" from your inventory. If the only items that are missing are the "expensive" ones (PvP gears), it means that you got hacked.
Some of most common ways to get hacked are:
- Trust your "friends" and give them your account info.
- Try to earn "free" items by entering webpages that aren't related in anyway to our server.
- Playing in a cafe and get your info stolen with a keylogger.
And one of the oldest ones,
- Falling for the old "im a gm and i found your account with hacks, give me your info".
Maybe you fell on one of these. Sadly, our server isn't responsible for any of the options explained above, since these are the player's fault, however, you can contact one of the higher staff members and try to figure it out.

 

I agree, I just came back to aion about a month ago after a 4-year hiatus and all my items are still there when I returned, although all of em are useless being only ABG items lol
