why though i see elyos name not in red?

    just got back in the game since i just finished updating my client to 4.5... so weird that i see elyos names with same color of mine.. (not in red)... it's not normal coz everytime i encounter one(elyos), i can't hit them... sadly, they can hit me... am i bug or somethings missing??? can anyone explain??/
