i never told anybody my accout information !
i NEVER visit sites for hack!!!!!
you know why??????????? because i am playing 10-17 hours per day. i DONT need hacks!
now i have serius problem and the ONLY thing you can do is to tell me that i am responsible for my account??

That means that someone know your account and the rules says:

♦ You are the one responsable of your Gamez account information. We will not ask your account info neither password. Should your account be compromised it is your responsibility to deal with, we cannot compensate for a player's inability or unwillingness to ensure their account data is secure.
♦ We strongly recommend to not share your account information with anyone, especially if you don't know the person in real life. If you do so, we will be unable to help you in case your account is stolen.
♦ Visiting sites providing dubious or illegal content can result in your computer being infected even if you don't download anything at all.

 

Cuz it was ur own fault?

 

The only reason your items would disappear and you'd suddenly get VIP is if someone broke into your account, our databases are secure (if they weren't no offense but there are a lot more valuable accounts to break into than yours, not to mention all passwords are encrypted) which means there's some fault on your end.

Whether your password was easy to guess, your system insecure or you did tell someone and just don't want to admit it is irrelavent.

You were unable to maintain the security of your account, it is your responsibility.

Your thread was locked because our policies quite clearly state this is how we deal players unable to maintain their account information. We will not be able to assist you - spamming our forums further may result in forum account closure.

As noted in the reply to your earlier thread we suggest changing your passwords, installing up-to-date security software and being very careful about the environment in which you play the game.
