Windows 10 Fall Creators update v1709​

Bug Description:

I know i posted about this bug before you can delete the other post if you want. gpu usage at 0% and extreme lag. freezes for 5 seconds while opening up settings and makes game unplayable. while farming or doing just about anything causes gpu usage to drop to 0% the game completely freezes and this needs to either be fixed or find a work around. the windows updates happen inevitably and theres really no way to stop them for good. I had to reinstall windows just to fix this issue. it seems to be a power problem which is just my guess because power settings in control panel were changed after the major update. in other games is usually fine but games like WoW were affected also making their game unplayable. I don't know if this is a wide spread problem or if it only affects certain laptops/computers. I'm posting this because a friend of mine just explained the same problem to me and he is having the same problem as I did before I had to reinstall windows. which is bs. but please anyone if you have a work around please post something here for us. if anyone has a work around I will reinstall the FC update and see if the problem persists. thank you for any information you may have.​
