Previously, I played this game casually as a horse trainer and made quite a bit from there but I heard it was nerfed. Which lifeskill/s should I pick up now for both active and afk play? And also is there a way to tell which lifeskill is worth doing ?

So tired of seeing that word being horribly misused "nerf", but it is not directly your fault though, I guess that all mainstreamers just jump onboard the bandwagon and just do as all the others are doing without question :(

Oh well, sorry about that, haven't slept much and I know it isn't you who coined it, did not mean to compain to you...I was actually about to try and help you out instead :D

SO, about Life-Skill income on this server in particular...hmmm, I can say that Horse-Training is still of very much use, so there is no need to stop doing that at all. Fishing is still a bit problematic as they lose value due to time, so I dunno maybe this is mostly for semi-AFK activities. Farming is a good way to make some extra silver with materials or using the materials for Cooking/Alchemy which can also sell, or be used for Imperial Delivery. Gathering is probably the most valuable Life-Skill since it is THE way to get Hard/Sharp BlackStone Shards, also gets you a bunch of extra materials otherwise only gained through having a Workers Empire. Trade is a possibility but the last thing I heard is that there is a Trade Limit, not sure if it extends to ALL trade forms such as Imperial as well, of around 500-700 million silver a day, but this might have been changed, however Trading is a Semi-AFK activity as well.

So yeah Horse-Training for true AFK income is still the best bet, however I advise all players to stop doing it inside busy Cities such as EVERYone doing it in Heidel City for instance, you only need enough riding distance to be able to turn, so you can in effect Horse-Train ANYwhere there is a Safe-Zone, means ANY farm/outpost/village/town. It GREATLY increases player lag for those of us without money coming out of our arses to spend on luxuries like new computers, so it is a BIG deal to be considerate and not continue to behave like a spoiled-little-brats by Horse-Training in Velia and Heidel where EVERY other mainstreamer does the same :D

Oops sorry that was a slight detour once again...I am quite tired despite being awake...my brain is NOT doing well at all :depressed:

Well it is "in the making" so to speak at the moment, which means that with the new Central Market the prices for items have to be re-established, and therefore at the moment it gives a small amount in comparison to what it used to give. On the bright side it may very well increase beyond what it used to be, depending on Central Market (CM) Prices in the future.
