x10 rates are fake now

2 months ago at crescent drop was realy good,alot!!!! scrolls and rings and now is a big sh.it like retail,i was so happy to come back on this server but...become more worse

 

It's definitely not working as intended.. an hour at at nagas used to net me easily 50 scrolls within that time frame but now it's more like 10-15.

Don't know the reason but I wouldn't call it the end of the world!

*edit* I only see a change in scrolls dropped, but my serap drops, black stones all seem to be just fine for the record!!

Carl takes his nerf bat to the rates every now and then. Gotta keep people playing somehow.

 

Unreasonable cryout! I've missed some good forum drama which leads into absolutely nothing.

 

Some changes to the drop table were made by Pearl Abyss. Example "Rate of Pile fe scroll parts in certain spots"
Others, you are right. Crescent rings Drop the same as on Official servers now. Well. Gamez might be very very slightly ahead. Soiled drop like candy though. The rate of getting an actual ring out of soiled seems to be retail.

• Revamped item drops and drop rates in areas for training.
• In order to highlight characteristics of designated areas, droppable items and drop rates have been edited.
• Accessories, Black Stone, Scroll Written in Ancient Language, materials for Courser Training, and etc. will drop at varying proportions depending on the designated area. We hope adventurers can enjoy making their choice for which area to train in.
• Through the optimization process of item drop balance, certain changes were made where some items, that are classified as Main Droppable Items, are increased, while the other items are decreased in drop rate.

Nope. Been here since February. First couple months, accessories dropped like candy. After that, things stopped dropping as much. See the whole crescent ring deal after they implemented the revised valencia drops. Rings were dropping like mad for the first week; now they don't. Hell, I'm almost convinced that drop rate is actually better on retail's arsha server for certain things. Scrolls still drop heavily tho.
