Yavin - is allowed to bet your acc?

I was killing some beginner on the game, apparently called Yavin, not sure, and he start to send some offensives pm's. So, on one point, he bet his account, I were thinking if such overture it's allowed, what do u you think?

He bet his account? Bet how? Like whoever wins a duel gets the other guys account or what?

If he's bothering you, there's "/block -name-".

 

I belive he mean to propose a duel, which, if he lost, he woulld give his acc, if I lost, nothing happen xD. Look, on a ordinary translation, he says: "... if you want something real, I'll bet my account, and if you lost, don't need to give yours.."

Thanks for the tip of the block, Meanz, however, players like him doesn't bother me. What it's a concern are the hackers, like aisakas, or other lousy like that.
