Hi guys i update my client via NCSoft after that i download & replace the itempak (loose version ofcourse cus i use batch file to login) & download zData file & replace it + downgrade file's to 4.5.0.14 & replace the folder's bus i still have that problem . so ... if someone have any idea how to help me please do it. Thanks ^^

First of all, Downgrading is not necessary any more. So this wont work, because the server updated.
Second of all, I have this sometimes too, just exit your client and restart again or log out and log in.

As @DivineGodZ already mentioned, the server updated & you won't need the downgrade anymore.
Open the NCSoft Launcher & update the game again to the latest version. Afterwards use the new item.pak & the zData pak when necessary.

When you get the log in issue again, just wait a couple of seconds before accepting the message. & then just try to log again.
