    I haven't logged in the game for nearly a month. Today, I found that there are no characters in my account. I tried to loggin EU and NA servers but there are no characters in these two servers. My account is in EU

    We checked, nobody try hack your acc, u just shared password and player logged from 1 try. So you need contact not to Gamez staff but to phuman whom u gave access.
