    I have seen 3 times that the Phantom Tiger's Aethercannon and Phantom Tiger's Polearm was on sale on weekly specials.. Can I request that Phantom Tiger's Cipher-blade be also on sale.

    Yes it can also be sell in WEEKLY SPECIAL SHOP but it was random selling. You should wait for it to be on sale. You need to have more patience in waiting for it to be sell in weekly.

    I hope they can influence that randomness. Like last week.. they change a rare remo to a pve remo. i forgot the name of that item.

    It is one of the Weekly Special items but it might take some time for the item to be on the list. It's random, we don't choose what will be today or next week.
