After pressing start error 0x C0000005

Hello,

just downloaded the game and went to launch and getting the smart guard error 0x C0000005.
Updated windows, all drivers are up to date. Windows defender has an exception for the folder and no other anti-virus.
Toggled between read only on the folder and also deleted both the normal black desert and gamezbd my documents folders and no luck.

What can be done here I have played before?

Have you installed Visual C++? You can do this by opening the Launcher and clicking Settings, there you'll see an option to install it.
