Air Smash CC apply in Knockdown CC​

Bug Description:

Supposedly air smash cc will not apply when the player is in the ground already with Knockdown CC unless it is a FLOAT CC with air smash cc it will only apply.​

How to reproduce/proof:

https://streamable.com/y8qkee in the video i already grab the enemy then when i apply the 2nd cc with an knockdown with air smash, the air smash cc still applied when the enemy is in the ground supposedly the knockdown cc will only apply not the air smash cc when the enemy is in already in ground. the knockdown + air smash cc will only apply when the enemy is NOT in the ground.​

Same is happening with sorc skills. Combos are tough at the moment...
