Hey, I got this error today, the game worked earlier.
I tried to copy the dll into the game directory or system32.
I just reinstalled the game because earlier I had steamguard error.
    Any Idea?

So this is a fresh install you're dealing with? Have you tried to force check through the launcher? Or re-download and reinstall the game?

I believe that something corrupted your .dll file (registry issues, malicious software, etc). Please scan your computer for possible threats and then Update Device Drivers.

After the scan for a virus/malware check for driver updates. Updating them might restore the missing file. Let us know if the problem still remains after these steps. :pompus:
