    Bug Name:
    Artisan's Memory doesn't work​
    Bug Description:
    Basically, when you use artisan's memory to repair max durability, it neither triples the amount of max dura restored nor is it consumed.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Just try to repair an item's max durability, and see that it doesn't work.​

    Move it around in your Pearl Inventory, try to move it to first place and it should work. Had the same problem a couple of days ago.
