Berserker Flame Burst​

Bug Description:

Under no cd,
shot with charging will have 2x damage
shot with no charging will have 1x damage
However, 2x damage is almost same as 1x damage, thats not right,
for example, if 1x damage is 500, then, 2x damage should be 500x2=1000 damage,
however, in the game, 2x damage is almost same with 1x damage​
