hi. I know there is a massive hiring among new AM and SAM to revive the new gamez.
It's easy to do it.
1st- REFORMATION- great change must come. Admin should pay more attention to the needs of players. (VOC) We must hear the voice of the customer.

2nd- METICULOUS- be meticulous in choosing your new AM. It must be knowledgeable to the game. He/She has love and concern to this server not only he wants new remo, new items, new privilege and to be Fame. Lastly, Hire him NOT because he/she is a friend of old staff or he is obsequious (suck-up) to current staff. (i saw many of this)

3rd- TRUSTWORTHY- Hire and Promote the ppl who can be trustworthy. Make sure that this staff are not abusive to avoid what happened before. (you know)


I'm thinking of the 4th and so on.
