Best PVP Tome 5.3

I wonder what is the best pvp tome to fuse with new 5.3 weapon right now.

Can I fuse Prov Tome below the Prim Captain Tome? I wonder because Prov Tome is lv80 and Prime is lv75?

No, you can't. Unfortunately the item below must be of equal or lower level than the item on top.

 

Then the new 5.3 weapon is not strong as BL because it has no good combine.

If I fuse 5.3 weapon below...it will be a waste if need to trade later on.

Is there any other next best combine with this Captain Weapon?

 

Well, if you really want that weapon as main, you can farm a pve tome on TS instance, the one with attack speed, but low stats. I prefer BL+Prov tome.

Without attack speed fuse, you will be a weak player. You need it badly. The stats don't rlly matter on 5.3, few mb/ma/hp. The 19% attack speed is all that you need.

 

With BL States Reduction... If I fuse PROV Tome TOP + 5.3 Tome Below -- Is the state gonna be better?
Is Prov Tome reducing the states too? like 5 level?
