    Blackstar Quest Bug​
    Bug Description:
    Been trying to acquire helmet, at the altar trying to sacrifice the gem won't spawn the Blackstar boss, tried to forfeit and retry with the same results. Decided to throw away gem to maybe fix the quest to acquire it from Allan Serbin in Tariff and now the quest won't give me a new Eye of desolation. So now I can't even complete it or get a helmet.​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    Just tested and finished both quest lines, i am not sure about obtaining miss item , maybe in this version there is no such dialog, so if u still not find solution, then make another alt and finish quest chain with it without deleting items.
