Boat clipping while fishing/hunting​

Bug Description:

Falling threw the boat while fishing or hunting.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Just jump on sail boat or fishing boat and start trying to fish or hunt and when the boat rocks on the waves it you will fall threw the boat into the water.

Hmmm, this is completely new to me...I have been out fishing on the open-ocean not that long ago where the waves are MUCH bigger, so I don't really know what to say about this, other than please make a video of it happening (Win-key+G), then submit it for review.

Uncheck the box saying "do not board other adventurers' ship". This feature was made to prevent kidnaps while fishing in land.

 

doesnt help, waves still throw you off the boat regardless if checked or not.

 

Thanks so much for this...This REALLY makes a difference, and hopefully the development team will now have something to start working on.

 

Welp after finishing my epheria sailboat craft and using that instead of the free bartali boat or the fishing boat I am no longer getting pushed off the boat even in high waves.

Hope it stays this way cuz sometimes I get an itch to go fishing and whale hunting sometimes .

 

Yeah that is a somewhat good news situation, although the thing is that you CANNOT use a harpoon from anything BUT a fishing boat, as far as I know, so while your immediately problem seems to have been solved, it MIGHT still be affecting others, although I do find it VERY strange that no one has reported this before, nor added their voices to this thread to back up the claim

 

I'm pretty sure it was only the board function... I'm always fishing from boats and ships and never got this bug, but whatever.
Btw, with the Great Ocean Update we'll get a ship called Cog that we can use harpoon from it, and it's one of the fastest, but can't be repaired. However, with low stamina it only loses its ability to Dash.
