    Boat take out position​
    Bug Description:
    When you take out a boat from the harbor manager, the boat appears right at the manager's position and got stuck.
    It should be on the water near the manager.
    Raft was fine but boat has problem.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    Just saw a raft right at the manager's feet. Raft seems to have this problem too.
