Hello, my character named Ahpollyon is bugged, I was disconnected from the server, when I tried to log in, I can not get more, the site says that my character is Online, I need an Unstick. please

 

Hi! Login your account and use your other character. You can fix Ahpollyon by typing .fix Ahpollyon on the chat box. Logout-Quit your Aion client and launch it once again. Now, login your account and try to check your character Ahpollyon.

I can not get to the screen of selection of character, after putting login and password, it is in an infinite screen.

 

Have you tried restarting your PC? Or, are you using any Ping Reducers / third-party softwares?

Yes! Maybe there is a problem with your internet connection right now. Mostly this problem occurs when your connection to the server is unstable. All you need to do is try to login back. The client must say "Your account is already Logged" or something like that. After the next login try, the client will automatically shutdown. You can try, re-launching it and login.

 

I tried to log in and the following message appeared (You were disconnected from the server) the game closed, I reopened, I added a login and password, the screen appeared to accept the terms, I accepted, and after that, the screen disappears showing only the Waterfall.
This has already happened to 3 friends of mine, they left unmanaged days, until some gm or adm could do something.
the problem is not my internet, it is working perfectly well, perfectly fine.

You can try contacting any Staffs/Admins by sending them a private message. I know that they might not be able to fix your problem quickly since we live in different timezones but I know they will do something about this as soon as they become available.
