Cannot open market, both from the ESC and through the NPC (ALREADY DELETED SERVICE.INI)

    as the title says, i can't seem to open the market place? i have already tried deleting the service.ini file

    Try clearing game cache. If that doesn't work, force check after backing up your customization folder, screenshot folder, and music folder.

    If those don't work try this:
    Open a command prompt as administrator and write the following commands:
    Code:
    "netsh winsock" reset and then "sfc /scannow"

    tried the reset on winsock and it said invalid paremeter
    EDIT: got it to command to work, the scan showed no problems, restarted my pc, the issue is still here, i still cannot acces the marketplace. I have already tried the fixes you stated above, deleted my user cache thrice, forced re-check everytime, windows fire wall is off, anti-virus exception added, still can't access the market place.

    What antivirus do you use? What region are you from? Have you tried seeing if a VPN would work? Try locating your service.ini file and open it with a text editor and make sure the last two lines are

    Windows Defender which i have turned off, The Philippines, yes i have tried using VPN several times (hotspot shield)

    When you deleted the service.ini file did you force check the game right afterwards?
