cant create 17th character

    cant create 17th character​
    Bug Description:
    i have used character slot expansion and now i have 16/17 characters (each class 1x)
    now when i want to create my archer (17th character) then i get notificatton
    "Unavalibe to the current character."

    its not a problem of class nor name.... its just that i cant crea anythink in slot 17    ​
