    hi. good day. my brother made an account last week. and he's preparing it for 5.3 version. he doesn't want to play with noob set. but unfortunately, he can't log in the site to vote.

    note: his character is only level 65 and it was new. hope u can help him.

    Make sure the password is correct. Also, I think due to the latest update, you have to log into the game to be able to log into the site.

    he already log in the game.. but it was failed again.. maybe becoz he's toon wasn't level 75.

    What is the actual issue? If your 'brother' cannot log in to the website, obviously voting will not work.

    Is the issue related to voting or logging in?

    You can only vote with one account per IP, meaning, assuming you and your brother are playing from the same network, only one account is eligible to vote.

    he has its own house with different internet connection. He said that when he try to log in the site, nothing happens. btw.. he tried to relog to the site now and it works now.. thanks.
