Solved Can't play

I've used the Torrent to install the game.
Game launches.
I am able to log into the website, it shows I have the 4 characters that I had from years ago that I played the game. One Elyos and 3 Asmodians. I was playing back when it was possible to have both factions on the same server.
I was able to log in to the game, and got the message that only one faction is allowed on the server bla bla bla, OK, but then I was disconnected before I got to do anything.
Now when I log in, I'm immediately disconnected from the server.
I am able to log into the website and the forums, obviously.
Does my account need attention?
I have checked my email and there are no new messages from Gamez.
Is the torrent that I was given by the launcher, not the correct one? How do I check? I'm not getting any messages to that effect.
The only message I'm getting now is a Popup Box with "You have been disconnected from the server."

I don't want to disappoint you but according to your explanation, your characters were on a server that no longer exists, Lumiel.

Ok. No problem. So does this explain why I can't login? Do you folks need to fix my account so that it does work. Or shall I just make another account from scratch and forget about the old account?
BTW, the first time I logged in to the game, I was able to see my characters and saw the message that talked about needing to fix the "Single Faction" issue.
The other thing I noticed was:
(1) There appeared to be only one server.
(2) the message said that dual faction servers were no longer supported, so I needed to do something or other to clean that up.
(3) So is this the case, or are things so broken with my "client" or "Account" that I didn't see two servers?

You didn't see two servers because there is only one, Siel. As about your characters, give me at least one name I will take a look.

Not sure what the problem was. Maybe you fixed something. I went back into the account, deleted the Elyos character and created an Asmodian one. Didn't play it yet, but looks good up to that point. I'll try it tomorrow.
