character log in issue

for some reason some of my character wont log in... it keeps on giving me and error send log... i opened again my account over a million times and choosing same character still it gives me a send log error.... for some reason my other char can be login....
and those char are same account... the last time i login to my main char was teleporting to pernon and it was a send log... a log in again and like i said a million times... SEND LOG ERROR... please do help me

 

Hello, log in your account to gamezaion website and go to my characters,click unstick and wait to unstuck your character. If you already received successfully unstuck and still cannot log in to your character, your character got hard stuck.

 

massage successfully unstuck?? i already click unstick and it says Player unstuck request has been sent!... how will i know if it is successful ??? or its been unstuck??

and by the way, i tried creating lvl65 char and tried to teleport on pernon.. and after teleporting send log... is pernon bug??
