    CLIENT/LAUNCHER RELATED
    • Failed to load your account info. (4)

    Please check again if the Username (Autologin) and Password you provided are correct. If you do not remember your Username or Password please check below, on the Website Related section.​
    • Hypervisor enforced core isolation is turned on!

    Depending on your computer and system you might need to take different paths in order to solve this.
    1. Either Go to Settings -> Update and Security -> Windows Security -> Device Security. After that you turn off Core Isolation and you Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
    2. Or Go to Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Windows Security -> Firewall and Network Protection -> Device Security and simply do the same after that (turn off Core Isolation and Restart).
    For a more detailed guide you can click here. Please keep in mind that Core Isolation protects your computer, so deactivating it is completely up to you.​
    • Cannot run the 64bit version.
    If you are facing issues while trying to run the 64bit version, please switch to the 32bit one. You can do that through the launcher, as shown in the spoiler below:

    • Aion [1024] - Unable to reset the game.
    You get this error when trying to install over on old client. Delete the old client folder completely and download the new client for a clean installation. You can find the client in this thread. Make sure to set the game path to GamezAION folder.​
    • Any error related to L10N folder.
    Delete the l10n folder included in GamezAION 4.8 folder. Open the Launcher and press check, before running the game. Let it repair the client and then you should be able to play without any issues.​
    • DirectX Error
    Please download the latest version of DirectX.​
    • After logging in the screen remains inactive at server selection.
    This is a known issue and there will be an announcement as soon as we have news about it. We know how frustrating this can be, but please be patient and thank you for your understanding.
    ACCOUNT RELATED
    • You cannot access the game through this ip. (22)
    Please contact one of the Admins, @Carl or @Noyah.
    IN-GAME RELATED
    • Your character got stuck in graphics.
    Try to use return or relog. If none if these work, check if there is an AM online that could help you. If the AM is unable to unstuck (hard stuck), then please contact a Senior staff member, like a HGM or an Admin.​
    • Bug encounter
    If you notice that there is a bug in-game you can report it in Bug Reports section, by pressing on Post New Thread.​
    • Abusing/Hacking or Harassment
    Post New Thread in Player Reports section, as shown in the spoiler. Your report is NOT public and it will be handle by a Senior staff member.

    In order to report a player you need quality proof and you need to be fully aware of the Server Rules.
    FORUM RELATED
    • No confirmation email.
    While creating your account keep in mind that it might take a few minutes to receive the confirmation email to your email address. Make sure, though, to also check your spam. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to assist with email confirmation.​
    • Name change request.
    A Forum Name Change Service is available for those who are interested in changing their forum name. Please read the requirements carefully before you fill the form.​
    • Harassment incidents.
    You can simply ignore the forum member and/or report the harassment.
    • In order to ignore a member press the option Ignore, either by clicking on the member's name or by going to their profile, as indicated below.

    • To report a member please contact a Senior staff member, HGM or Admin. Before you do so, please read the Forum Rules carefully.
    WEBSITE RELATED
    • Forgot Username or Password.
    Go to the login page of GamezAion Website and Reset your Username or Password, by clicking where it is indicated in the picture below:

    • No credits after voting.
    Unless Admins announce a problem with one of the voting sites, it is highly possible that you are not following the right steps. After successfully voting for GamezAion you need to click on the link of the server to be redirected to the website. In some cases the banner could also work. A more detailed guide will be available soon.​
    • Item was bought and sent to the wrong character.
    Discard the item, use /time command, take a screenshot and provide the proof to an Admin.​
    • Got charged twice for the same item.
    It can happen when you double-click during a purchase. As, above discard the item, use /time command, take a screenshot and provide the proof to an Admin.​
