Solved Connection lost.

    Hi,
    Why I do have connection lost 2 times in a row when I stay to afk fishing?
    Server has some restart time or what is the problem?

    Where i can find info about time of server technical work?

    I was in Velia, default place for fishing.
    That happened in 10.24, 10,25.
    There is no info about restart or something.
    I've had a new server timeout error just now.

    Now i had my game just turned off with no errors.
    WTF?
    Could you help to figure out what is going on?

    Is the connection loss still a issue? Have you tried a VPN to see if the problem is related to your connection?
    If the game just CTD it might be corrupted files, you can try a File Check under Settings on Launcher. First you may verify the error on your log folder located at GameZBD/Log, there open the last files for "StartupLog" and "Client". Last written lines may contain information regarding the last error you got.
    You can check for other common solutions by clicking the "Errors & Solutions" icon right bellow on my signature.

    This sounds like an issue with your internet. Try restarting your modem and flushing your DNS.
    To restart your modem/router just unplug it and wait 30 seconds and then replug it.
    To flush DNS:
    • Right-click the Start button and run command prompt as admin.
    • Type the following commands:
      • "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
      • "ipconfig /registerdns" and press Enter.
      • "ipconfig /release" and press Enter.
      • "ipconfig /renew" and press Enter.
      • "netsh winsock reset" and press Enter.
    • After you do the last command, you must restart your computer. Try to run BDO again.

    No, other sites, discord etc. worked well.
    Where I can see the planned updates, I''ve been disconnected today AGAIN because of update. It would be great to know before, for not leave my computer on the whole night.
    In telegram channel it notify before 40 mins, but maybe you have some calendar or smth?

    Unfortunately the amounts of "planned" updates is quite low, and while I do agree with you that is it indeed frustrating, to return to you computer expecting some 8 hours of AFK activity, but only finding around 4 having been disconnected during the night time, I would still much rather have the updates and patch fixes when they are done after testing, than having in-game bugs remain there for days or weeks on end.

    It is just one of those things that you will have to accept, I am sure that if the development staff could make some form of early warning system, other than the one currently in use, they would have done so years ago, but as you say it is a problem and I like that you bring it here to our community forum :)

    Well, you didn't replied at all to any of the steps that @Puffery and I have gave to you, and now it's clear that you only had loss connection during updates, so it was just a maintenance.
    We usually receive weekly updates, even if it's just some fixes. The ideal is to keep updated with Telegram, here's the link:
