From Flax farming i have still just Flax, none Flax Thread.​

For gathering nodes only the primary resource(in your case flax) has 100% chance to be brought back by the worker . Secondary resources(In your case Flax Thread) have less than 100% chance, meaning you will not get them every time. The chance for getting secondary resources is affected only by your worker's Luck stat.
However you will want to keep in mind that on GamezBD workers, as they level up, have far lower stats than on retail, hence you will have lower chance at secondary resources while it will take longer to finish the gathering cycle when compared to retail.
