Crashing problem

The game would load to 100% then it will stop working. I was able to play a while ago, but after logging out, I cant log in anymore. I cant make it through the loading screen. Can anyone help me?

 

Please try to restart your PC. if it's still the same, try to start the game and while it's still loading to 100%, open your task manager, and end task the gamezaion client and then run the game again, maybe it would solve it.

 

it happens to most players too, after playing for awhile and trying to play again, the launch pad would crash, and it happens to me too

so checked, and here's what I've done so far:

1. Restart computer as suggested.
2. Clean everything with CCleaner as suggested.
3. Re-Checked the AntV for exclusion. : checked :
4. Download gamezbd client > update > after 100% crash.

5. The launcher just updating suddenly after several crash problems, then a wild msg appears


EDIT::

OK, it kinda fixed,

• after I played for about 20 minutes
• close the game
• relaunch it
• the launcher is updating but it's 0%

so yeah it fixed, thanks dev

 

It worked. So I logged out and tried if it solved the problem. But the problem persisted.

I have made exclusions from my ESET Antivirus and turned off my firewall (its off most of the time). So I dont know what causes this error.
