    please help me, i just bought a new laptop and copied my aion folder and trying playing aion on my new laptop but " CRITICAL ERROR: Error loading DLL: XRenderd3d9.dll
    Error code 193, 1% is not a valid Win 32 application" is showing, any solution there. im using windows 10. 64 bit

    Update your Graphics Card drivers, first and foremost

    Then, while you said you have copied the folder, I presume it is not in the same location as retail would be.
    If that is the case, I would recommend installing the retail launcher / installer, and let it install the required things such as DirectX and .NET Framework (as I cannot remember which versions of those aion requires). It wouldn't really matter if you cancel the NCSoft installation after that point as you have said you copied the Client over.
