Bug Name:

CTD / Freeze: Change character function​

Bug Description:

When trying to switch characters using "Change" function under the Character pictures, it will make game freeze / CTD. Issue happens both Remastered version and None-Remastered version.​

How to reproduce/proof:

1. Press Esc and go on log off screen
2. Press "Change" under character picture
3. Notice game will not load in new character and will tell "Characters switching"
4. Notice game will freeze/CTD​

 

Adding: Issue also happens when switching Servers (Channels) sometimes

Reproduce:
1. Log into game and pick server and enter it.
2. Notice Server you picked was wrong one.
3. Try to switch server channel
4. Notice you have no Cooldown on the Servers and option is available.
4. Notice how you get Server switch message.
5. Game will CTD
6. Launch game again, notice all the servers are now on 15min cooldown
7. Notice first server you picked is only available (not 2nd you tried to switch to) and you are now locked on Server cooldown

 

Update: I narrowed it down, that this issue only happens when player has just opened the game client. It seems if game has been running longer duration (+1h,) then issue is no longer there and players have ability to switch channels / characters
